Why do the colors of the pictures not match the product description?
Since all monitors are set up in different resolutions and settings, the pictures of our products may not match product descriptions. Please realize that the images may be slightly different on each and every monitor. We suggest reading the full product descriptions before ordering your shirt.
Why am I being charged (or not charged) sales tax?
Dreadful Tees operates out of New York. Therefore, any New York State residents must pay sales tax which is dependent on the county in which you reside. Out of state residents on the other hand are not liable to pay New York State sales taxes.
What are my payment options?
We accept secure online payments via Paypal (sign up for a free account). In addition, we accept all major credit cards.
Can I model my new Dreadful Tee?
We currently are allowing our loyal fans to send in pictures of themselves in their favorite Dreadful Tees to placed on our product pages. With the signing of a waiver and sending us a picture, you will receive a free Dreadful Tee to show our appreciation. Click here to be transfered to our model information page.
Will the shirts shrink when I wear them?
All of our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. Please plan accordingly
when ordering.

How do I subscribe / unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Simple, you must contact us via any of our forms. To further clarify, you can either use our contact us form accessible through our left navigation bar, and inform us "I'd like to be added to your mailing list." Or, you can use our Free Tee entry form also available from our left navigation bar. However, make sure you click that you would like to receive emails regarding new information and products to be added to the mailing list.
To unsubscribe, simply inform us "I would like to be taken off your mailing list," via our contact us form.
How often are newsletters sent?
We will not bombard anyone's email with frequent newsletters. They will be sent out when upcoming events are booked, or new products are released. In general, they will be sent when anything that may interest or benefit our customers comes up. In addition, coupons and specials will be sent by email too.
