What are the shipping & handling rates?

We do our best to provide it's customers with the cheapest and most reasonable rates for shipping. The shipping and handling rates are as follow:

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. Please contact us before placing your order. Our shopping cart is set up to require a zip code which adds a shipping and handling rate when entered. Contact us to make arrangements for pick ups for customers in or around Mineola, Ny. Please note that any customers wishing to pick up their order must pay in cash at the time of purchase. Do not try to pay via our shopping cart if you do not wish to have your tees shipped to you. The shopping cart will add a non-optional shipping and handling fee!

When can I expect to receive my package?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Exceptions include sundays and holidays when packages are not sent out. In that event, you can expect your package to be shipped on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

What should I expect when my merchandise arrives?

Upon arrival of your purchased merchandise, you may expect to see a box. We will not cram our tees into any envelopes or bags. Within, you shall find your Dreadful Tees merchandise enclosed with an invoice of your order. We suggest for all orders to be checked upon arrival.

What if I would like to cancel my order?

All orders may be cancelled for any reason before 11:00 PM eastern standard time on the day in which they were placed. Orders which are placed before a day in which shipments are not made may cancel their order up until 11:00 PM on the following day. For further clarification, if you order a tee shirt on saturday morning, you may cancel your order any time before 11:00 PM on the following sunday. For any cancellation, please send an email via our contact form.

What if I needed to change my order?

If for any reason you ordered the wrong size or product and needed to change your order, you have until 11:00 PM eastern standard time on the same day in which you placed the order to do so. Contact us via our contact form as soon as possible with a detailed description of the necessary change, so we can best accommodate your wishes. Please allow an additional day after your change is requested to reprocess your new order.

What if I am unhappy with my Dreadful Tee?

We guarantee 117% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason your shirt is not to your satisfaction, you may return it for any reason. Any product that is unworn and unwashed may be returned for a full refund. However, please realize that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
